Decided to sell 1/3 of my position based on the fact that the last time we were above 23 we couldnt hold that level.
Also added to my position in MWA/B. This is a water stock, recently spun out of WLT. Water stocks have been on a tear recently while MWA/B has languished. Taking a chance that this time it will move. If not, I will sell them at the close today.
