It is hard to see how we are going to rally today without the brokers and bankers rallying. Citi sits right on its lows as I write this and the XBD is near its lows. That is not to say we can't rally, but without these sectors bouncing, it is going to be tough. Thus, I am not committing to any new longs without signs of strength in these.
