Mondays Market

Overseas markets got hit again and our market was geared up for a much lower open. When the selling abated in the first few minutes, the market actually rallied to positive territory for an hour or so and then resumed its downward bias. I have no strong conviction here, but longer term I still like stocks and with that bias in mind, have been picking away at a couple positions today. Added a little USG this morning and added some AUY which I sold on Friday. I also added some CHK and some WTS which I got totally out of on Friday thanks to an analyst upgrade which helped that stock. I also bought back some SHLD that I sold on Thursday. Decliners are outnumbering advancers and the screen looks red as a result. When the market turns, the stocks I will buy in bulk are GR, SHLD, WTS, AMZN, and BA and YHOO. In the meantime, I watch and wait for signs that a bottom is forming.
